[He listens, and the worry on his face slowly turns into a smirk.] Oooooh. Admiral Xen. She's from all evidence just a moody, ill-adjusted curmudgeon. In all honesty she fears kittens as some sort of health risk, and probably fears the rest of us the same way.

...and she's fun to make flail and grumble.

"Look. If she causes any real trouble, pop claws and fangs and threaten that mask thing she wears. I think she needs it; she's so on about contamination that it must be a real concern. Besides, so far she hasn't done anything but unleashed lethal levels of snark."

[She smiled faintly, almost against her will; she still didn't trust Xen - looked too demonic by half in that mask of hers - but... she was willing to trust Dracula; at least for now.]
