012 - video; not who she used to be.

[Willow holds a cobweb in her hand, staring at the gossamer strands as if over a great distance. Besides her, Madame Smudge sits on the floor. Immaculate as always, if somewhat haggard from her mistress's lack of recent attention.

When Willow speaks, it's softly - not quite warm but not so cold as it has been of late.]

Used to like Halloween. Me and Xander would dress up and get candy. Was cute.

[She scrunches her hand into a fist, before wiping the sticky webs off on her clothes. Her eyes come back to the present.] Stupid holiday.

The real monsters don't come out on Halloween.
