[From what Dean understands, what he's been told, having her soul again basically... doesn't make her Willow, but means that the Willow Buffy knew could even potentially still be in there. It means that while every hunter's instinct he has in him says to just stay out of her way and wait until she fucks it up, the part of him that is Buffy's friend says he should do something to help bring her best friend back to her that much more quickly.
