Willow's a little fidgety about asking the admiral for anything; for the last month, she's been mostly feeding Madame Smudge little scraps from the meals - but the kitty is fast growing up, and it's not going to be enough.

So, with some trepidation, she uses her com to ask: I... need food; Just... for the kitten? Enough for every day.
 

Spam for the hallways, and whoever wants it:

[Willow's pretty much just wandering at this point, trying to calm her nerves over actually having asked for something; Madame Smudge - currently splayed held in her arms, head splayed across her breasts - certainly looks satisfied enough, though; and that's some small comfort.

Still, it's not quite enough - and she hopes a walk will calm her down.]

"She's cute." Willow's not backing down on that.

"Perhaps," he acquiesced. However, he decided, owning a cute creature did not reflect on him in any way. After all, he also owned bat guano and insect carcasses.

"You don't think so?" Unless he started wearing it, it was going to be outshined by the rabbit.

"I don't think so." And with that, he picked Rabbit up and put her into his lap, starting to pet her. "She's charming. Not 'cute'."

"Think charming has to be on purpose."

[hourglass_twin]

"All the same, I don't find her cute."

[unweeping_willow]

"Don't know why not..." It had ears. And a twitchy nose. Unless you were a demon named Anya, it was the very definition of adorable.

"I don't tend to see things as 'cute'. Regardless, I see her as I see all things."

[unweeping_willow]

"So how do you see her?" How does he see all things?

[hourglass_twin]

"I see her as she will be as she ages, and I see her as she will appear as she dies, and as she decays as the years progress."

[unweeping_willow]

"Sounds sorta sad. Do you see everyone that way?"

[hourglass_twin]

"Most everyone...but not you. You I see the hint of lines of your inner monster, over an unaging face. There is little change to see."

[unweeping_willow]

She touched at her face, surprised - uncertain what to make of it; nodding after a quiet moment. "How do you deal with it?

[hourglass_twin]

I simply tolerate it. What other choice do I have?

[unweeping_willow]

"Could go blind." It's said teasingly, but with a hint of hopelessness - she know what it's like to have no choice in some matters.

"That would be worse. Then I couldn't read."

And what could be worse than that? He could tolerate being disgusted by people, but not being unable to research anything.

[unweeping_willow]

"Don't read much anymore," Willow admitted. Not since becoming a vampire - when she had rejected... everything.

[hourglass_twin]

"I find reading and knowledge very important."

[unweeping_willow]

"Used to," she admitted. "Before... other stuff."

[hourglass_twin]

"Knowledge is power. I crave power."

"Wanted a quicker form of power than that..."
