[008; on the asking for kitty chow - private video and spam for the halls]
Pivate to the admiral: [
Willow's a little fidgety about asking the admiral for anything; for the last month, she's been mostly feeding Madame Smudge little scraps from the meals - but the kitty is fast growing up, and it's not going to be enough.
[Willow's pretty much just wandering at this point, trying to calm her nerves over actually having asked for something; Madame Smudge - currently splayed held in her arms, head splayed across her breasts - certainly looks satisfied enough, though; and that's some small comfort.
Still, it's not quite enough - and she hopes a walk will calm her down.]

So, with some trepidation, she uses her com to ask: I... need food; Just... for the kitten? Enough for every day.

It'll Death Toll like a warden would, though. I tested it on the Marquis' dog.

He sees the sad girl with a kitten, though, and his gait slows, tucking his hands behind his back. He's not wearing a Starfleet uniform, but he's managed to make something less, ah... Borg-like than what he came in with.]
Greetings. [Oh, how he hates that version of hello It's so boring!] I believe we spoke on the network.

[He gets what's becoming her trademark small smile - usually because it's the most she can manage, but currently because she seems... distracted; studying him. She'd never seen... realizing she was staring, she flicked up to his eyes, grateful that she couldn't blush.]
I'm Willow.
Re: [Spam]
[He offers his hand for her to sniff, before remembering oh yes, Data would ask first.] May I?

If I told you something, could you keep it secret? It's very important.
